New Ramada hotel to open in Pitesti

Tourism agency Confident Travel will develop a four star hotel in  Pitesti (Arges county), under Ramada brand. The agency that has Valentin Visoiu as shareholder, the owner of the real estate group Conarg, will have as general contractor  for the project, Conarg Construct.

The hotel will be built at the main entrance gate in Pitesti, the junction between Calea Bucuresti and Calea Bascov and will be delivered in 2011. The new Ramada hotel will include  140 rooms and apartments, 2 restaurants, an events room with over 600 seats and multiple conference rooms, spa and fitness facilities and underground parcking. 

The concept of the new hotel was developed by Trend Hospitality Consulting & Management, the strategic partner of Wyndham Hotel Group in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova, which insured the affiliation of the hotel to the international hotel chain  Ramada and its positioning  on the 4 star superior market.

Ramada chain is present in Romania with 7 hotels represented by  Ramada Brasov, Ramada Bucharest Majestic Hotel, Ramada Hotel and Suites Bucharest North, Ramada Bucharest Parc, Ramada Plaza Bucharest Convention Center, Ramada Iasi City Centre and Ramada Sibiu and another two hotels will be added this year,  Ramada Oradea and Ramada Cluj-Napoca.


Un nou hotel Ramada se va deschide la Pitesti

Agentia de turism Confident Travel va dezvolta un hotel de patru stele la Pitesti (judetul Arges), sub brand-ul Ramada. Agentia, al carei actionar este Valentin Visoiu, proprietarul grupului imobiliar Conarg Group, va avea ca antreprenor general pentru proiect, compania Conarg Construct.

Hotelul va fi construit la principala poarta de intrare in orasul Pitesti, intersectia Caii Bucuresti cu Calea Bascov si va fi finalizat in 2011. Noul hotel Ramada va include 140 de camere si apartamente, 2 restaurante, o sala pentru evenimente cu peste 600 de locuri si multiple sali de conferinte, facilitati de spa si fitness si parcare subterana.

Conceptul noului hotel a fost dezvoltat de catre Trend Hospitality Consulting & Management, partenerul strategic al Wyndham Hotel Group in Romania, Bulgaria si Moldova, care a asigurat afilierea hotelului la lantul international Ramada si implicit pozitionarea lui pe piata in categoria 4 stele superior.

Lantul Ramada este prezent in Romania cu 7 hoteluri reprezentate de Ramada Brasov, Ramada Bucharest Majestic Hotel, Ramada Hotel and Suites Bucharest North, Ramada Bucharest Parc, Ramada Plaza Bucharest Convention Center, Ramada Iasi City Centre si Ramada Sibiu, iar alte doua hoteluri se vor alatura in acest an, respectiv Ramada Oradea si Ramada Cluj-Napoca.
