Spanish fashion retailer Inditex, the owner of Zara stores chain, will open eight stores inside the shopping centre AFI Palace Cotroceni, opened in December, at the junction between Bvld. Vasile Milea and Blvd. Timisoara.
Inditex rented 4,000 sqm for the opening of the eight stores under the brands Zara, Zara Man, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius. The lease contract was signed after three years of negotiations with the owners of the mall, according to the real estate consultants Jones Lang LaSalle, that assisted the transaction.
Last year Inditex opened the first street store Zara, inside Unirea Shopping Center. In total, in 2009, Inditex group opened stores that cover 11,000 sqm in Bucharest Mall, AFI Palace Cotroceni, Iulius Mall Timisoara extension and the ground floor of Unirea Shopping Center.

Retailerul de moda spaniol Inditex, proprietarul lantului de magazine Zara, va deschide opt magazine in interiorul centrului comercial AFI Palace Cotroceni, deschis in decembrie, la intersectia Bvld. Vasile Milea cu Blvd. Timisoara.
Inditex a inchiriat 4.000 de mp pentru deschiderea celor opt magazine Zara, Zara Man, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Bershka si Stradivarius. Contractul de inchiriere s-a semnat dupa trei ani de negocieri cu proprietarii mall-ului, potrivit consultantului imobiliar Jones Lang LaSalle, care a asistat tranzactia.
Anul trecut Inditex a deschis primul magazin stradal Zara, in cadrul Unirea Shopping Center. In total, in 2009, grupul Inditex a deschis magazine care insumeaza peste 11.000 de metri patrati in Bucuresti Mall, AFI Palace Cotroceni, extinderea Iulius Mall Timisoara, si la parterul magazinului Unirea Shopping Center.
