English Bar, within Athenee Palace Hilton hotel, won for the second time in a row the Popularity Award offered by Time Out magazine as part of the “Eating & Drinking Awards 2009” gala. On the occasion, the best restaurants and bars of Bucharest were awarded.

The 11 categories that were awarded chose their winners through a rigorous jury made of five public figures, passionate about cuisine, through the votes of young managers of those of the magazine readers.

The event continues the series of Eating & Drinking Awards galas on international level and its main purpose is selecting reference locations for quality recommendations, in line with the slogan “where and why.”

This was the second edition of the Eating & Drinking Awards Gala in Bucharest, an event which has won an important role in the field of quality recommendations as regards restaurants, bars and cafes of Bucharest.

On international level, awards galas for restaurants and bars have become a habit for Time Out newsrooms in cities such as London, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, New York, Cyprus, Abu Dhabi.

English Bar –  premiul de popularitate pentru al doilea an la rand

English Bar, din cadrul hotelului Athenee Palace Hilton a castigat pentru al doilea an la rand “Premiul de Popularitate” oferit de revista Time out in cadrul galei “Eating&Drinking Awards 2009”. Cu aceasta ocazie au fost desemnate cele mai bune restaurante şi baruri din Bucureşti.

Cele 11 categorii premiate în cadrul galei şi-au desemnat câştigătorii prin intermediul unui juriu riguros format din 5 personalităţi publice, pasionate de domeniul culinar, prin voturile tinerilor manageri,  sau prin votul cititorilor revistei.

Evenimentul continuă seria galelor Eating & Drinking Awards din plan internaţional şi are ca principal scop, selectarea locaţiilor de referinţă pentru a redacta recomandări de calitate, conform sloganului ”unde şi de ce”.

Gala Eating & Drinking Awards Bucureşti se afla la a 2-a ediţie, câştigând astfel un rol important în domeniul recomandărilor de calitate, în privinţa restaurantelor, barurilor şi cafenelelor din Bucureşti.

Pe plan internaţional galele anuale de premiere a restaurantelor şi barurilor a devenit o obişnuinţă pentru redacţiile TimeOut din oraşe precum: Londra, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, New York, Cyprus, Abu Dhabi.
