Romanian real estate developer Euro Market Services, which is building the residential project Decebal Tower, on Str Turturelelor, near Blvd Unirii, sold the project for 2.9 million Euro. This is the first and biggest transaction on the residential market this year.

The building covers a total built area of 1,629 sqm, has ten floors and includes 20 two, three and four room apartments and a penthouse located at the 10th floor. The building has a 1,543 sqm office area at the ground floor and at the first tow floors.

Construction began in 2008 and the project must be delivered by the end of March 2010.
 
At the end of last year the apartaments within the project were put up for sale at 2,200 Euro/sqm.

Cea mai mare tranzactie rezidentiala din 2010: imobilul Decebal Tower vandut pentru 2,9 milioane de Euro

Dezvoltatorul imobiliar roman Euro Market Services care construieste imobilul rezidential Decebal Tower, pe Str Turturelelor, in apropierea Blvd Unirii, a vandut proiectul pentru 2,9 milioane de Euro. Aceasta este prima si cea mai mare tranzactie de pe piata rezidentiala de anul acesta.

Imobilul ocupa o suprafata construita de 1.629 mp, are zece etaj  si include 20 de apartamente de lux de două, trei şi patru camere şi un penthouse situat la etajul zece. La parter şi primele două etaje, clădirea are prevăzută o suprafaţă de 1.543 mp destinată birourilor.

Constructia a inceput in 2008, iar proiectul trebuie livrat pana sfârşitul lunii martie 2010.
 
La începutul anului trecut apartamentele din cadrul proiectului erau scoase la vânzare cu un preţ de 2.200 de Euro/mp.
