ANL dwellings built to be rented to young people for a small rent will be put on sale on very attractive prices. A one room apartment with an area between 40 and 50 sqm will cost around 19,000 Euro, a two room apartment with an area of 58 sqm will have an approximate price of 30,000 Euro and a three room apartment, covering between 67 and 70 sqm will not be more expensive than 36,000 Euro.

The tenants are the still the only ones who will be able to buy dwellings, but the purchase term will be reduced from three years to one year, according to a law draft, drawn up by the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.

"Today the tenants do not have to have a family income higher than the double of the gross average income on economy. This condition will be eliminated", said the minister of Regional Development and Tourism, Elena Udrea.

The Minister of Regional Development and Tourism hopes to sell 20,000 ANL dwellings and cash 500 million Euro. People who buy ANL dwellings can sell them after minimum five years from acquisition.

Locuinţele ANL construite pentru a fi inchiriate de tineri in schimbul unor chirii modice, vor fi scoase la vânzare la preţuri foarte atractive. O garsoniera cu o suprafata de 40- 50 de mp va costa aproximativ 19.000 de Euro, un apartament cu doua camere, cu o suprafata de 58 de mp va avea pretul de aproximativ 30.000 de Euro, iar un apartament cu trei camere, cu o surafata de 67- 70 mp, nu va fi mai scump de 36.000 de Euro.

Cei care vor putea achizitiona locuintele sunt tot chiriasii, insa termenul de achizitie va fi redus de la unu la trei ani, protrivit unui proiect de lege elaborat de Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale şi Turismului.

"Astăzi, chiriaşii nu trebuie să aibă un salariu pe familie mai mare decât dublul venitului mediu brut pe economie. Această prevedere va fi eliminată", a declarat ministrul Dezvoltării Regionale şi Turismului, Elena Udrea.
