The rents of the new furnished dwellings in Bucharest and in Ilfov declined in January by 26 per cent on average, against January 2009. In the case of the one room apartments, the decline was of 27 per cent, to 263 Euro and in the case of the three room apartments the rents dropped by 24 per cent, to 490 Euro, according to a study completed by real estate website MagazinulDeCase.ro.

In the case of the two room apartments, the reduction was of 26 per cent, from 480 Euro per month in January 2009 to 354 Euro per month in January 2010.

The decline of the rents was lower in the case of the old apartments in Bucharest and in Ilfov. The average rent for a one room apartment dropped by 3 per cent, to 263 Euro, that of a two room apartment reduced by 2 per cent, to 354 Euro. The lowest decline was registered by the three room apartments- the average rent reduced by 1 per cent, from 497 Euro to 490 Euro.

Chiriile locuinţele noi mobilate din Bucureşti şi Ilfov au scazut in ianuarie în medie cu 26 la suta faţă de ianuarie din 2009. In cazul garsonierelor, scaderea a fost de 27 la suta, până la 263 de Euro, iar in cazul apartamentelor cu trei camere chiriile au scazut cu 24 la suta, pana la 490 de Euro, potrivit unui studiu realizat de site-ul imobiliar MagazinulDeCase.ro.

In cazul apartamentelor cu două camere, reducerea a fost de 26 la suta, de la 480 de Euro pe lună în ianuarie anul trecut la 354 de Euro pe lună în ianuarie 2010.

Scaderea chiriilor nu a fost la fel de mare in cazul apartamentelor vechi din Bucuresti si din Ilfov. Chiria medie pentru garsoniere a scazut cu 3 la suta, pana la 263 de Euro, cea a apartamentelor de  două camere s-au redus cu 2 la suta, pana la 354 de Euro. Cea mai mică reducere a fost în cazul imobilelor de trei camere - chiria medie s-a redus cu 1 la suta, de la 497 de Euro la 490 de Euro.
