Real estate developer Avrig 35, managed by businessman Alexander Hergan, will build a retail park on Blvd. Theodor Pallady in Bucharest, Ziarul Financiar informs. Two of the anchor tenants will by the hypermarket chain Auchan and the sports items retailer Decathlon.
Construction works will begin this year and the retail park is the second developed by Avrig 35 in Bucharest, after building and selling Iris Shopping Center in Titan neighbourhood, where the main anchor tenant is Auchan.
The company has built in 10 years from the set up, two retail parks under Iris brand, in Bucharest and in Pitesti (Arges county), five office buildings in Bucharest and 18 new or renovated office buildings in the country as well as a residential complex on Blvd Mihai Eminescu in the Capital. Most of the projects were sold.

Dezvoltatorul imobiliar Avrig 35, administrat de omul de afaceri Alexander Hergan, va construi un parc de retail pe bulevardul Theodor Pallady din Bucuresti, informeaza Ziarul Financiar. Doua dintre ancore vor fi lantul de hipermarketuri Auchan si retailerul de articole sportive Decathlon.
Lucrarile vor incepe anul acesta, iar parcul este al doilea dezvoltat de Avrig 35 in Bucuresti, dupa ce a mai construit si vandut proiectul Iris Shopping Center din Titan, in care cea mai importanta ancora este tot retailerul Auchan.
Compania a construit in 10 ani de la infiintare, doua parcuri de retail sub brandul Iris in Bucuresti si Pitesti (judetul Arges), cinci cladiri de birouri in Bucuresti si 18 imobile noi sau cladiri de birouri renovate in orasele mari din tara, precum si un ansamblu de locuinte pe strada Eminescu din Capitala.Cele mai multe proiecte au fost vandute.
