In a moment of crisis, characterized by a lot of caution on the real market transactions, British equity fund TRI Investments poured 11.5 million Euro in the acquisition of 69 flats in Eminescu View project, developed by Israeli company Future Group, at the junction between Str. Eminescu and Str. Episcop Radu.

The transaction was completed in December 2009 and this is the second acquisition of the British fund in 2009. Last year, Tri Investments also bought 69 flats inside the residential complex Perla Residence in Pipera.

"The investors plan to sell them directly or through a "let to buy" system, which allows the customers to rent the dwellings before the acquisition.” said Alin Buftea, senior associate of the law firm DLA Piper, which assisted both transactions. 

Eminescu View complex covers 13,000 sqm and includes 69 apartments with one to five rooms, partitioned on 13 floors.

Intr-o perioada caracterizata de multa precautie pe piata tranzactiilor imobiliare, fondul de investitii britanic TRI Investments a investit 11, 5 milioane de Euro in achizitia a 69 de apartamente in proiectul Eminescu View, dezvoltat de compania israeliana Future Group, la intersectia Strazilor Eminescu si Episcop Radu.

Tranzactia a fost finalizata in decembrie 2009 si este a doua achizitie a britanicilor in 2009. Tot anul trecut, Tri Investments a mai achizitionat 69 de aoartamente in complexul residential Perla Residence din Pipera.

"Investitorii intentioneaza sa le vanda direct sau printr-un sistem "let to buy", prin care clientii pot inchiria locuintele inainte sa le achizitioneze", a declarat Alin Buftea, senior associate al firmei de avocatura DLA Piper, companie care a asistat ambele tranzactii ale britanicilor.

Ansamblul Eminescu View are o suprafata totala construita de 13.000 de mp si include 69 de apartamente cu 1 pana la 5 camere, dispuse pe 13 etaje.
