Alexandra Bodnaru, the 12-year-old teen who accuses Cristi Tabara of trying to rape her, says that the journalist admitted to his deed in front of her mother, who used to be his girlfriend, and her grandmother. The teenager gave interviews to several publications and recounted in detail how Cristi Tabara made advances and love statements to convince her to have sex with him. Alexandra's mother and father confirm what their daughter says and say this was the reason why Tabara was fired from Pro TV. The journalist continues to deny the allegations and sees them as revenge from his former girlfriend, right when he is planning to get married.

Alexandra said that the rape attempt happened in August last year in Tabara's house while her mother was in the study and she and the journalist were watching a film on TV.

"After we got to his place, my mom went into the study to write something on the computer and Cristi and I sat down on the living room couch to watch a movie. At a certain point, I felt he started touching my breasts. He let his hand go down to my private parts and told me, 'It's too bad you're wearing trousers!' Scared, I got up and tried to leave but he stopped me and told me to lift my T-shirt. I froze and didn't know how to react, so he lifted my shirt and started kissing my breasts. I couldn't say anything, I froze... I don't even know how I managed to leave and went after Alina in the study," Alexandra told Libertatea.

The teenager says that the same evening, after her mother fell asleep, Tabara came into her room and tried to molest her again.

"I was sleeping on the couch, dressed in a long T-shirt. At a certain point, I woke up to go to the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, Cristi was waiting for me on the couch. He put his hand in my underwear. He told me that he loved me and then asked me to sit in his lap. Of course I refused and Cristi pulled me toward him and tried to take off my underwear. I fought back and then he started touching my breasts again, and then he got up and left," Alexandra also said.

Alexandra told Evenimentul Zilei that she went to the police alone to file a complaint against Tabara and insisted that she does not fear the consequences as long as the journalist admitted to everything he had done in front of her mother and grandmother.

"And yes, I went alone to the police, because I'm not lying. As long as he admitted what he did in front of my mother and my grandmother and other people in our entourage... this shows that I'm telling the truth," Alexandra said.

Alexandra's mother: Cristi told me he was curious to see what a 12-year-old girl looks like

Alina Bodnaru, Alexandra's mother, backs her daughter's statements and says her former boyfriend motivated his gesture by the curiosity of seeing what a 12-year-old girl looks like.

"I was curious to see what a 12-year-old girl looks like, he answered. As far as I know, this is the reason why my former boyfriend was kicked out of Pro TV, after the entire story reached his bosses in the media trust," Alina Bodnaru said.

Alexandra's father also says he had a talk with Tabara, who admitted to his deeds.

On the other hand, Tabra defends himself saying everything is a set-up, that the scandal strangely broke out right when he is preparing to get married to another woman, given that a year ago, he ended his relationship with Alexandra's mother, whom he did not want to marry.

"Everything is made up, I never raped anyone... Moreover, I am preparing to get married soon and all this madness that strangely emerged right now does me a lot of damage. The accusations brought against me must be backed by evidence, or else, anybody can say anything about anyone," Tabara told Libertatea.

The investigation file against Tabara reached the Bucharest City Court Prosecutor's Office a few days ago, but magistrates sent it back to police precinct 9. The case might be closed if the police don't find enough evidence to support the girl's claims.

Adolescenta a acordat interviuri pentru mai multe publicatii in care a povestit cu lux de amanunte modul in care Cristi Tabara i-ar fi facut avansuri si declaratii de dragoste, pentru a o convinge sa intretina relatii sexuale cu el. Mama si tatal Alexandrei confirma declaratiile fiicei lor si spun ca acest incident a fost motivul pentru care Cristi Tabara a fost dat afara de la PRO TV. Jurnalistul neaga in continuare acuzatiile si le interpreteaza ca pe o razunare din partea fostei iubite, izbucnita intr-un moment in care se pregateste de nunta.

Alexandra a povestit ca tentativa de viol s-a petrecut in august, anul trecut, in casa lui Cristi Tabara, in timp ce mama ei se afla in birou, iar ea si jurnalistul urmareau un film la televizor.

“După ce am ajuns la el, mama a intrat în birou pentru a scrie ceva la laptop, iar eu şi Cristi ne-am aşezat pe canapeaua din living pentru a ne uita la un film. La un moment dat, am simţit cum începe să mă mângâie pe sâni. Şi-a coborât mâna spre zona mea intimă şi mi-a spus: «Ce păcat că ai pantalonii pe tine!». Speriată, m-am ridicat şi am încercat să plec, dar atunci m-a oprit şi mi-a zis să-mi ridic tricoul. Pentru că m-am blocat şi nu ştiam cum să reacţionez, mi-a ridicat el tricoul şi a început să mă sărute pe sâni. N-am putut să spun nimic, m-am blocat... Nici nu ştiu cum am plecat de lângă el şi m-am dus la Alina în birou.” a povestit Alexandra pentru Libertatea.

Adolescenta spune ca in aceeasi seara, dupa ce mama ei a adormit, Tabara a venit in camera ei si a incercat sa o molesteze din nou.

“Eu dormeam îmbrăcată într-un tricou mai lung, pe canapea. La un moment dat, m-am trezit să mă duc la baie. Când am ieşit de la toaletă, Cristi mă aştepta pe canapea. Mi-a băgat mâna în chiloţei. Mi-a spus că mă iubeşte şi apoi mi-a zis să mă aşez la el în poală.Bineînţeles că am refuzat, iar Cristi m-a tras spre el şi a încercat să-mi dea chiloţii jos. Am ripostat şi atunci a început să mă mângâie din nou pe sâni, după care s-a ridicat şi a plecat.” a mai spus Alexandra.

Alexandra a declarat pentru EVZ ca a mers singura la politie pentru a depune plangerea impotriva lui Tabara si ca nu se teme de consecinte atata vreme cat jurnalistul a recunoscut in fata mamei si a bunicii ei, tot ce a facut.

“Şi da, am mers singură la poliţie, pentru că eu nu mint. Atâta vreme cât el a recunoscut ce a făcut şi în faţa mamei, şi în faţa bunicii, şi în faţa altor persoane din anturajul nostru... asta arată că spun adevărul.” a spus Alexandra.

Mama Alexandrei: Cristi mi-a spus ca a fost curios sa vada cum arata o fetita de 12 ani

Alina Bodnaru, mama Alexandrei, sustine declaratiile fiicei ei si spune ca fostul iubit si-a motivat gestul prin curiozitatea de a vedea cum arata o fetita de 12 ani.

“Am fost curios să văd cum arată o fetiţă de 12 ani, mi-a răspuns el. Din câte ştiu eu, acesta este motivul pentru care fostul meu iubit a fost dat afară de la PRO TV, după ce întreaga poveste a ajuns la urechile şefilor din trust.” a spus Alina Bodnaru.

Si tatal Alexandrei sustine ca a avut o discutie cu Cristi Tabara, care a recunoscut ce a facut.

De cealalta parte Cristi Tabara se apara spunand ca totul este o inscenare, ca scandalul a izbucnit in mod bizar in momentul in care se pregateste de nunta cu o alta femeie, in conditiile in care, in urma cu un an, a pus capat relatiei cu mama Alexandrei pe care nu isi dorea sa o ia de sotie.

"Totul e un neadevăr, eu n-am violat niciodată pe nimeni... În plus, eu mă pregătesc de nuntă, care va avea loc foarte curând, şi toată această nebunie venită în mod bizar tocmai acum îmi face foarte mult rău. Acuzaţiile care mi s-au adus trebuie demonstrate, altfel oricine poate veni şi spune orice despre oricine." a declarat Tabara pentru Libertatea.

Dosarul deschis pe numele lui Cristian Tabără a ajuns, zilele trecute, la Parchetul Tribunalului Bucureşti, însă magistraţii l-au retrimis Secţiei 9 Poliţie din Capitală. De altfel, cazul ar putea fi închis, dacă poliţiştii nu vor găsi destule probe care să susţină acuzaţiile fetei.
